I applied in January 2022, the assessor was done by the 9th of February 2022. After numerous calls it was confirmed early March that they have all the documents and it just need to be captured and then the approval will be sent. That is all they could tell me since, other than that my case is escalated , which obviously means nothing. I asked to talk to a manager numerous times these last 2 months and been told they will phone me back, yet they never do. It is now the 4th month after my application and no help to resolve the matter
