I put in a claim for my UIF in June 2022 as I was fired from my previous employer and I have debt to pay so I am currently in arrears with all my accounts for 6 months now I keep calling the contact center and they keep advising me that it has been completed by the assessor but the still awaiting a response. I sent emails to complain but I never get a response from them and whenever I call I am advised that the claim has been escalated but nothing ever happens.
Goodday I have been awaiting your reply on my complaint as I have not heard anything from you. I put my claim in in June and still I have heard nothing. I am in debt and need the money to pay it off. I paid my uif every month when I was working.
How long does it take for you to reply and just get yhings sorted if there is or was a delay and you informed me ahout it then I would have understood but I heard nothing and I am going further and further into debt. I am currently looking for a job but no luck so please can you get back yo me
