i have submitted my application for uif in mid desember 2021 and haven't received any payment when i phoned them in mid January they said my documents were not in the right format so i resend it every time I call them they wil get back to me and i am still waiting for a reply or date of when payment will be made

Good afternoon still no responce from them i did phone again the escalated it a week ago but when i phoned then they said they wil let me know by sms or email but still nothing worst service ever but took my money every month with no problem now that i want to claim i get this service
