The last payment i received was in February. I have resubmitted my continuation in March and April but i am not receiving payment. I have phoned about 30 times and all they can do is to send an escalation to the paymaster. I have tried to speak to someone other than the call center people but get told that there is no one else to speak to.
I have tried to phone Department of labour on 012 309 4000 but the phone just rings.
I really need to know what my next step can be to get help or to lay a complaint against Department of labour and UIF.
