UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Has not been paid since i applied in february.

I have been waiting since February for my Uif unemployment fund to be approved. Every time I call they tell me everything is right with your documents but no approval and no money from Uif. It's infuriating to be lenient to them while our complaints are not been resolved. We aren't working how we supposed to survive. Such behaviour from our department of labour is causing a huge rage in our community. People rights are being neglected. Tell me how am I supposed to do now for provide for my family?
every time i call they say my documents are fine wait for 7 days and i wait still no replies and i have to make a follow up on them. i'm sorry shame you guys are failing us
