I HAVE BEEN RETRENCHED ON 31/01/2022. I SUBMITTED ALL MY DOCUMENTS ONLINE IN MARCH 2022. I HAVE ALSO SUBMITTED ALL THE AMENDED DOCUMENTS TO UIF NUMEROUS TIMES AS THE CONSULTANT INSTRUCTED ME TO DO. I HAVE PHONED NUMEROUS TIMES AS WELL, WHEREUPON I WAS TOLD THAT ALL MY DOCUMENTS ARE CORRECT AND ARE AT THE ASSESSOR'S OFFICE WHERE IT IS BEEN ATTENDED TO. I PHONE NEARLY EVERY SECOND WEEK JUST TO BE TOLD THE SAME THING. IT HAS NOW BEEN SIX MONTHS LATER AND STILL NO PAYOUTS. I HAVE OBLIGATIONS THAT NEED TO BE PAID AND GET PHONED EVERY DAY ABOUT WHY I HAVE NOT MADE PAYMENT ON MY ACCOUNTS YET. THIS IS BECOMING AN URGENT SITUATION. WHY DOES UIF NOT REALISE THAT PEOPLE THAT GET RETRENCHED HAVE OBLIGATIONS THAT NEED TO BE MET? I DO NOT UNDERSTAND AS MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER HAS BEEN PAYING MY UIF RELIGIOUSLY EVERY MONTH WHY DOES UIF NOT DO THE SAME THING?
