UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Claims of the unemployment insurance fund

I have been applying for UIF benefits since April 2023. i am always told to come the following months. when i check from the system, there is note that my application has been sent to the paymaster. i was told in May that this will take only 15 days. now we are in third months. I tried to phone, i am always told that my Query has been escalated.
