I made an application for uif benefits at the beginning of April. To date this application is still pending. The consultants for uif filling are unable to assist because they do not know why it is still pending. I have been in contact with them from the beginning of May, but all I get from them is that I must call again next week. I am not sure of what process I need to follow to resolve this.
