UIF - Unemployment Insurance Fund - Claim being escalated every week since october 2021, no payout for more than a year

I applied for Maternity Benefits on 23 July 2021
I received no feedback and only sent in the documents that were requested online.
I called in on 23 September 2021 and was told that there were forms outstanding and they were sent 23 September 2021
I received an email on 05 October 2021 saying all documents have been received and that my case has been escalated
My Case number was parked on 14 October 2021

I received an email on 15 October 2021 from Sydney Ndhima asking for my UI-19 and Salary Schedule again.
I sent the email to Sydney on 15 October 2021, 05 November 2021, 12 November 2021 and 10 February 2022, on 10 February I got a bounce back form Sydney's email address saying it does not exist anymore.

On 02 December 2021, I called in and was told that the dates on my salary schedule do not correspond, they wanted the date that I started employment and the date that i get paid to be the same, i did explain to them that the date i started employment and the payment date cannot be the same. They then said that the way it is is correct and that they will escalate the ticket.

On 10 February 2022 when I called to find out the progress of my ticket they said that they cannot process it because the company names on my Salary Schedule and my UI-19 isn't the same, I was told to fix it and write a letter why they weren't the same and then email it through to them which I did on 10 February 2022

I received an email address for Andries Roos from my husband's colleague that applied for Maternity benefits and received a payout within 3 months.
I sent him an email on 17 February 2022, 28 February 2022, and 16 March 2022 and received no feedback.

I later received an email address for Anna Steyn and Rita Viljoen and the same no feedback or payment yet.

If anyone can please assist me to finalize the claim so that the payment can be processed I would really appreciate it.
