I applied for UIF claim on 14 January 2022 and submitted the required documents on 9 February 2022. I then received an sms advising that my claim is approved. When I called the UIF call centre they told me to do a COB. which I did on 9 February 2022. I then received an email to say my payment is in progress. On ufiling it said sent to paymaster. When I called again they told me my claim has not been approved and that I must complete another COB as my claim is approved. Everytime I call the call centre I get different excuses as to why I have not received payment.
Can you please let me have correct feedback on my claim as the call centre people clearly don't know what they are doing and just lying to me.
