I applied for an Illness benefit on the 24th November 2021 as I was booked off from 12 November 2021 until 01 January 2023. I still haven't yet received my payment and I have to constantly resubmit my documents over and over again. I have also resigned in June 2022 from the company I worked with when I claimed. Now they keep on saying that I am not eligable for the benefit payment as I resigned. I tried to explain to them that the claim was in November 2021 - January 2022 and I only resigned in June 2022. They are forever just "escalating" my request. This is frustrating as this has been dragging on for 9 months
