Good day,

I have been waiting since September 2021 and called into the UIF contact centre every week so far since then, and everytime something is wrong.

Now all my documents are still pending an assessors approval, for months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Everytime it gets "ESCALATED", what does that even mean? No one does anything and the unemployed just have to SUFFER!!!!!!!!!!!! I paid for over 15 years of UIF and have been unemployed for almost a year and still have no money!!!!!!!!!!!! What is going on?????


I am going to the newspaper! I am about to lose my house and already have my car and you DON'T CARE!!!!!!!!

My desperation brought me nothing, you don't care about people!!!

Don’t see the purpose of this website when they don’t assist at all during the process nor make contact or attempt to make listed responders then I wouldn’t bother. So this makes no sense for me to use this website. Consider the above maybe
