Good day
I have been phoning 2 to 3 times a week since my first application on 25 November 2021. My status says completed by Assessor 11 December 2021.
Since then nothing has been done. I am phoning the uif call center 3 times a week.
The agent keeps telling me that my application will be escalated.
No one has been able to assist me.
My landlord is on the verge of evicting me and my family.
We don't have money for food or electricity.
Why is this taking so long to process my uif application?
