Ive send in all my UIF document April 2021, everytime they ask me for my medical report, Ive already send that +-20 times already.. Everytime I phone I ask if someone can please just give me a call to let me know what is going on with my claim and evertime they tell me my call has been escalated to the right deparment..
Ive asked if I can speak to a manager or Supervisor and for some reason you cant speak to a Supervisor or Manager, Ive send emails to the
[email protected] and also no reply...
When I speak to them and ask them is there anything else they need they tell me no they do have all my documents.. so I cant see whats the delay...
