I have been calling and told various things in regards to my claim. I havent been paid anything in well over 3 months , and was dismissed by my previous employer in July 2021 . My claim was approved and sent to the paymaster in December and when I called in again there was other issues . It's been 5 months since my application and I have no assistance from the call centre in place to speed up the process online . All the agents are not helpful at all and they dont provide accurate information
