I'm tired of you'll doing the same thing every day. From the 1st February 2021 till current 7 months later and still my UIF claim has not been process or paid out. 19th February 2021 documents received confirmation given over a recorded line. 05th March documents resent and still no feedback. Then I'm told it's financial year end we can't process.
Then I'm told no the staff members have left so they have to start from over.
Then no we have a new system.
Then no we can't find anything please forward to email.
Eventually documents received 4 UI19 and 4 SALARY-SCHEDULE and UI2.8
Now I'm told no its by Assesor we cannot do anything but escalate.
No you cannot speak to any senior as we need to log call.
Now we have a back log I will escalate more then 150 days almost and still treated the same as we don't care.
I'm sure I can work the backlog away myself as you'll clearly don't care about you citizens and the complaints on Facebook Twitter etc.
So what are you'll gonna do to resolve my query as my medical aid was terminated due to non payment which has been delayed. I need a solution now as I'm tired of this no.
