It is once again another month gone by and have to beg for the UIF payment. This is ridiculous. We have contributed to these funds and now when we need it the most we must literally beg for something that is ours.

on the 7th of September 2023 under case no: 40004701411 which was 20 days from the continuation of payment application . An sms was sent advising that payment will be made in 7 working days.

Today the 21st of September 2023 received an sms advising that under a new case number being 40004215786
that must apply for payment within 15 days.

very confused and not sure what is going on as I have not received payment for the first case number 40004701411 and now being told to apply for payment for case number 40004215786 which I had not applied for as yet as was awaiting for the payment for case no: 40004701411 and then only could apply. I am not sure if this now the new procedure at the Labour Centre as telephonically you cannot get through to get clarity.
