This is the latest ref no- claim submitted oct 2022 - not documents outstanding, calling daily, all feedback i get is reference numbers and it supposedly gets escalated to assessors but nothing happens. just reference numbers and no payments - no one can advise what i can do to speed up the process. i complained and sent emails, and all i get is just another reference number
