To whom it may concern.

My claim has been approved on the 14 January, I did my continuation of benefits on the 26 January. Why is it taking so long? What is the reason? UIF is suppose to take stress away while you are looking for work.

Not in the case they are actually giving you more stress. Why did I pay for UIF if they don't want to pay my money to me? When can I expect my money. I have to make arrangements with my credit providers?
