Uber - Uber driver took off a travelling bag, groceries,pills, toiletries in the boot

The Uber Driver took off before we got our groceries, medication, toiletries and a travelling bag from the boot.
Tried to run after him,but he fled. Called him within 5mins, he was rude and never came back or contacted us. We reported it via email& app,but it's been more than 2days now with no help from Uber or the driver. They keep on sending links that takes you back to the app and we have used the platform and sent them all the information required, still nothing has been done. His cell number is no longer going through
