I urgently request that someone contact me to inform me of the next steps and how soon this issue can be resolved so that my children can go to bed with a full stomach. Additionally, I would like to know the process for closing my account once this matter is resolved, as I cannot continue with a bank that treats me like a thief rather than a customer.
