TymeBank - Debit account before the contractual date

tymEBnk sends messages reminding customers of the date the loan debit order will go off . great right ? imagine the awesomeness to be reminded via sms and email that the loan debit order is due 28th and the actual app have a daily countdown to the next due date.. now with all the reminders, coupled with the three month contract stipulating the exact dates the debit order is due for the loan, YET @ 3am in the morning ( definitely not business hours) on the 25th of APRIL , phone pings, debit order unsuccessful. insufficient funds. what the actual f.. THE MONTH PRIOR , 3 AM DEBIT ORDER , while salary was cleared normal business hours the same morning, just 8.30 am. it impacted my credit score negatively
