Since the end of May my account has been blocked . I have spend hundreds of rands on phone calls been on hold for hours to be either hung up on after being on hold for 30 minutes or waiting for the call the be answered. I have send nunerous emails that never get any answer other than the computer generate on saying we have received your email and will be in contact . Surely it is just curtesy to reply and if there fraud division is so busy that after 45 minutes they still cant answer the phone they need to employ more people . They blocked my account apparently because of my husband Standard bank account . However Standard bank cleared my husbands account in 7 days and say it wasnt them . Not that Tymebank would answer or advise me of whats happening . Extremely disappointed in this bank and their customer support .
