: Duplicate payment on my account
Hi , I am a very unhappy customer that has been dealing with tymebank. On the 30th of June I placed an order with shein for the amount of R1047.00 . I was charged for twice for the same amount which added to the amount of R2094.00. I canceled my order on the 30th itself but only R1047.00 was returned into my account which moved into my business account out of concern that I may be debited again through sheins payment portal. I thereafter contacted tymebank, a case was logged with the cards division but upon investigation they couldn't help me at all so I was asked to contact shein, which I did . I was in contact with Shein from the 01 of July constantly until they found my duplicate transaction in their payment network dlocal, they refunded me on the 21st of July and proof of the refund was sent to me . After 10 days the funds still never show in my account. I contacted tymebank they logged a case , CD77757, Preya Pillay 8511080015082. Tymebank came back to me a few days later saying my refund was done on the 1st of July and I moved it into my business account, which I already know but that is not my complete refund, if I received my full refund R2094.00 would have went into my account. The staff I dealt with in tymebank are totally incompentent, I have sent through all my evidence, countless emails and still no response till date. I will be contacting all media platforms regarding tymebank and my issue . Terrible service from a bank. The should hire intelligent people to work not stupid ones
