On Wednesday 19/07/2023, I paid an amount of R500 to my daughter's cellphone from my Tyme Bank business account however, the monies never went to my daughter's cellphone as Tyme Bank decided that due to the fact that my daughter had a Tyme Bank account, that the monies should rather go to her Tyme Bank account. My daughter's Tyme Bank account is a dormant account and she no longer has access to the account, neither online, nor does she still have a Tyme Bank card.
