Hi I called.tymebank cause I needed help with my app someone by the name of thabo answered ,I heard the name thabo then I talked African language Zulu hoping he will understand me better only to find out that it's either I talk English or sesotho,I said talk I can understand you but I will talk Zulu he refused and said he will want someone to help me I must give him my number ,I drop the fone and call again same person ask him if he is the only person working at customer service gave him my number no one called,I used the international number kelebogile answers and helped me while speaking isizulu.
