I had a mishap at work and a truck drove over my phone. Being unable to transact AT ALL without a handset I contacted them to request a different verification method as I have to manage my funds very closely. They responded with a trite "an OTP will be sent to your phone" and " if you have any problems you can call us on..." What about I DO NOT HAVE A PHONE is beyond their understanding?! When the response to the email bounced back, I re-replied a couple of days later - got a read receipt but no further response! I am taking my banking somewhere else where I am not left high and dry!
