I HAVE WRITTEN TO TYME BANK SUPPORT TEAM TO ASSIST ME TO HAVE REVERSAL DONE ON MY ACCOUNT AS THE PERSON WHO REQUESTED THE PAYMENT NEVER PROVIDED THE GOODS I PAID FOR. WHEN I MADE CONTACT WITH TYME BANK THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY ARE ABLE TO ASSIST ME BUT THEY WILL CHARGE ME A FEE OF R170 TO DO THE REVERSAL. NO OTHER BANK CHARGES FOR A REVERSAL AS IT IS MONEY ALMOST BEING LOST BY A CLIENT. I HAVE BEEN A CLIENT OF TYME BANK FOR MANY YEEARS NOW , AND I HAVE SUPPORTED THE BANK BY OPENING A ACCOUNT WITH THEM , HOWEVER WHEN IT COME TO CLIENT PROTECTION AND ASSISTANCE THEY CANNOT PROVIDE THE SERVICE THAT CLIENTS REQUIRE ESPECIALLY WHEN IT CAN AFFECT OTHER PEOPLE AS WELL. WE AS A COMMUNITY WANT TO BE FREE FROM THOSE THAT TAKE ADVANTAGE OF OTHERS AND THERE FINANCES , BUT WHEN COMES TO RECEIVING ASSSITANCE FROM THIS BANK IT IS REALLY IMPOSSIBLE. REVERSALS CANNOT BE DONE VIA THEIR APPS EITHER AND WE HAVE TO PAY THE BANK TO DO A REVERSAL. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED AT SERVICE I RECEIVED FROM TYMEBANK AS IAM AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CLIENT.
