Truworths - Up to date account

Myself and my mom have Truworths accounts. My account is paid up. Zero balance. Mom has a small balance. Since prior to 2020, as soon as you purchase on your account you receive reminder sms and calls to remind you that payment is due. I spoke with the advisors at Truworths Claremont and was told to send a complaint to HO. Was also told that lots of clients have voiced the same complaint . Even when we pay more than what is required you are hounded. We have called your Customer service and threatened to close our accounts but it continues.
