I've purchased a backpack cash for my daughter on the 17th of Dec when i got home I wrote her name on the back side of the bag as it asked for a name and number.On monday evening whn i got home I've noticed a small hole in the bag when i wanted to pack her stuff in and the stitching is coming loose on top.I went to your somerset mall branch to return it just to take the same bag again because I didn't want the cash back just a straight swap with a proof of purchase and they refused to take it back. They only said the area manager dont approve it and they gonna send it for enquiry it takes 7days.I would understand if i didn't have any proof of purchase,but this is just ridiculous cause its not even 5days.

I'm still disappointed how they handled the situation after 3 weeks of waiting for the bag to come back from enquiry they send it to the store without paperwork like the area manager said so I had to wait another 2days only for them to say they can't take the bag back cause enquiry said it's not a quality issue,I didn't get an email from enquiry as proof nothing no apologies from the store Somerset Mall not even a voucher for the long wait and this morning I get an sms saying I'm a tru Royalty after buying there for years and as a cash customer No thank you I'm done

Would you buy again? No
