I received 2 calls from truworths regarding my outstanding amount of 600 that was a result of covid19 salary cuts. I have been paying my account every month but with a small decrease. Recwntly i am paying more than I should to catch up on the outstanding amount. The lady who phoned me on my cell at work was demanding in a rude way and told me also that I will be responsible for the costs of the phone calls in future until i sort the 600 out with them. So i told her to f,,, off! I received another call 1 minute later on my work number with the same request from someone else. If i receive another f,,,ing call like this again I will pay the little that I owe Truworths and close my account and buy from somewhere else in future. I had it with Truworths staff that is rude and think that because they work for Truworths the are better than their clients. Piss of!
