Truworths - Refund on returns

I returned goods at Truworths in Richards bay On the 24th of November 2022. I am suppose to get my refund of R710 . Up to date I have not received that refund . I have traveled to Richards bay from Mtunzini today to quiry about this . Unfortunately the managers did not assist and she had an attitude on me. She left me unattended and it is very sad to get such attitude from the Manager . I would like to know when will I receive my refund? I have now missed a lot of Black Friday specials and have used my money to travel to Richards bay from Mtunzini which is expensive. Please kindly assist
