I purchased an online order in July. After the riots in durban I received the incorrect order which was returned to westwood mall truworths. My order could not be traced. I was promised I would be refunded in august. No changed. Last month I was promised I will be refunded in October statement. Still no change. Many calls made and money wasted. Till now my account has not been updated. Charlize from online assured me it would be updated. Till today no changed. I refuse to pay my account until I’m refunded for no fault of mine.
