Truworths - Price difference

Yesterday,20 December 2022 was at Truworths the Grove Mall around 17h00 wanted to purchase ginger marry sandals, they were reduced to R199 when I get to the till was informed that they scan R420 the normal price I spoke to the manager and told her but all 3 sandals in the display were priced as mentioned and refused to sell them for R199 I am really disappointed with the service, I think it is only fair not put shoes on reduced and then expect a customer to pay normal price, this is misleading. I still want the sandals on the reduced price.
