Truworths - Poor assistance

I was looking around the truworths shop at the Ballito junction mall and I was shocked to see that a security guard acted like she owned the store I asked a worker for help and she was being so rude infront of me she was trying to be overpowering so I moved away and she started miss treating the actual worker and I didn't even get the help I needed ...the manager came on the floor and the security blamed everything on that worker and I was surprised that the manager believed her. The security left her job which was to look out for theft and she took over a job that wasn't even hers..because of poor management the stores are running a loss..I will never go back to that truworths again and I will also tell people about this...they should get people that actually treat their workers with respect coz workers are not slaves..
