I've called numerous times to the Somerset Mall branch with regards to my daughter's backpack that they didn't want to exchange on the 21Dec2022 that I bought on the 17Dec2022.They said they will send it to enquiry it will take 7days and they will keep me updated which they didn't I had to call,only to get answers from Janelle that it's because of public holidays which I fully understand but really 2weeks and no updates from the store.Poor customer service really?
