Truworths - Disappointed

I asked my daughter to open an account online for me I was approved took the photos and was even given a credit and I asked her to buy shoes for my grandchildren as I promised them and we ordered and given an order number everything was done then it came to my surprise when I got a call the following day that they are canceling everything because I received an old age grant, my question is you guys didn't treat me right because on the application I stated that I receive grant there is that option there but you guys approved it and gave me an credit when I'm waiting for my order you call to say you cancel my account because I receive an old age grant I'm so hurt and disappointed
