Truworths - Can't purchase a cell phone on account

I was at truworths stores looking for a cell phone for my daughter some of the stores don't have the cell phone counter so they don't sell cell phones and athers don't have a phone witch I can afford I went from N1 city to Cape Gate to Century city and last Tygervally. Finally at Tygervally they hade one so I went to the front till the lady ask for my card and all documents then she told me I won't be able to purchase a cellphone because I have a old account I said since when then she explained about starting a new account and then see if I qualify then I just took my documents and card walked away I was so sad and disappointed in this cause my child was with and that I have to now tell her I have credit but can't purchase a cell phone truworths you really disappointed me this time I want to close my account as soon as I can
