On the 2nd of December 2022 I returned a ginger mary dress which was defective in Northgate Mall. The dress was bought on the 1st December 2022. I was informed that the dress will be taken for enquiry with quality assurance. I was informed that I should expect a response in 7 days. Today went to Truworths, the follow-up with the teller thereafter asked the Supervisor if there was any parcel received for quality check, to my surprise the Supervisor went to the storage area and came back without giving us feedback then started to process the authorization for the 2 tellers. Then the teller that was assisting asked if she found anything and her response was that she need to ask our names. She did whatever she was doing while we waiting on the side, she never asked our details to check. She just came to us and said that the parcel is not back. Her level of professionalism and dealing with clients is appalling. Very unprofessional in dealing with customers.
