To whom ever this may concern...I'm a loyal customers to the truworths brand and I have logged a complaint leaving the store furious and so dissatisfied on Sunday,long story short I was invited like a fool to the 50 % off sale and visited the parow branch got to the till with a sale over R1900 ready to pay on my account as the cashier is scanning the items she noticed that one of the items (pack of 2 bras) were initially something like R500 and it was marked off for R220,she then told me that I can't have the item for the price of R220 because that sales was on longer on,she then calls her manger and she then tells me that I need to pay something like R290 instead of R220 tears the slip off Infront of me I told both of them,I was not prepared to pay anything more then what I saw on there rails and left the store fuming. The manger was so unprofessional she gave me her name on a piece of paper written Megan and a contact number for head office,by the way she didn't want to disclose truworths complaints email. Which is I have contacted on Sunday explaining what has happened and then got a response that I need to tell them when I will be avail I sent them my entire days lunch and tea breaks for Tuesday and still got no response
I just wanna say it's not about the price it's about how the manager made me feel, like I was an entire piece of trash when her staff displayed the wrong prices on the sales floor it's been 3 days and no response but let me just skip a payment then they on the phone ready to send reminders truworths you guys failed me and I will be closing my account
