I took the extended car service plan with Toyota innovation group as I was told the previous one has expired on April 2023 , I deputed the debit order twice because there was two transactions with different amounts. I called innovation and was told the reason for two transactions was that the first one still has outstanding balance that needs to be paid.
I went to that bank to activate the account but was told that the debit order was not stopped but only disputed, then called innovation group again to inform them that they can continue to debit on my account.
On June 2023 I was send an sms with the link to make payment for the two disputed debits, payment was made and acknowledge sms was send but after two days I was told that the policy was canceled.
I asked to be refunded but was told the request has been escalated to their refunds department and they will get back to me when they have responded.
The was no response from them for a month until I send another email requesting to be refunded but was told
Kindly note that policy TO/SO/01584/046963 does not have any refund, as all the premiums were rejected.
No explanation about the payment send on the provided link.
