The staff at the Total Sports in Kenilworth Centre was completely unprofessional. We asked to return a shoe that was purchased the day before and they lied about their systems being offline. It didn't make sense st the time because they were using their system for purchasing customers. We then had to waste our time going to a different branch, where they made it so seemeles and easy for us to return the item. We asked the other store whether the system for returns can be offline and they immediately knew we were referring to the branch in Kenilworth. So it seems as though this is a regular occurrence and they choose not to help people. The guy at Kenilworth made it seem like its not their problem, and disregarded us completely. Time and resources spent going to a place where the service is a joke. Please do your job. Ridiculous.
