I seldom visit this casino on account of the fact that I get no promotional incentives and I seem to not be able to use my accumulated loyalty points which I think has some form of expiry as well. I don’t gamble as exhorbitantly as I use to in the past matters I had overcome but I’m still a bit platinum holder and I have supported the casino and hotel on various occasion even inviting friends and family. I however never won any major jackpots yet that’s not the issue. My partner often gets promotions and her play is very far and few while I have not received any promotions since I have been there other than discounts at rooms where one is also now forced to a buffet breakfast which I am sorry to say is way below par for R220 pp. I’d also like to understand why I can’t use my leisure points at all. If this expires what does that mean I accumulate points for no apparent reason. I respect the authority of the casino but feel I am unjustly treated here and don’t understand why
