I was at the fix by the Glen mall yesterday hoping that I will get assistance as it my right to query if l'm not satisfied with the product. I bought a body suit 2 weeks back and wore it once full day, the second time I wore it break the strips and I went to the store to report the matter as l'm not happy with the duration of the product and I asked the manager to exchange the suit for me cause it's not fair for me to pay for some thing that I wore only once and still have the proof of purchase for it, the lady refused on the spot without considering maybe it can be factory fault. I asked for the matter to be escalated to the area manager while I was in store, she said the Area manager doesn't answer the phone, 5 minutes after l left the store she called me back and said the area manager also Refused..
