I booked for the collection in Durban to Pretoria last week then i send the proof of payment as an sms to bookings.xoc.co.za
And they said they want a receipt they don't accept sms.so you will have to wait for 3 days for us to see your payment and I did .I waited and called after 3 days and they said they received my payment then I said I want to change the collection point because my parcel was no longer there ..they said you have to email the new details and I did email the new address .after that they didn't come back to me and my parcel was not picked so I don't know what's wrong can you please refund my 150 because you didn't do what we agreed
