The Courier Guy - Worst service ever

Multiple instance where we received no feedback on claims.

We have been using this company for years now and have made numerous claims in this time and have received no feedback or refunds from them.

They told us one parcel was looted in 2021 and they were claiming from SASRIA. We sent in all the claim forms and documents they requested but nothing ever happened.

Another parcel was stolen when their van was hi-jacked. Again, we sent all the documents to claim but received no response.

Another parcel was damaged beyond repair and they claimed it was not them (even though we sent proof of the items condition before the courier collected).

We have an account with them and they constantly send emails saying the account is in arrears but it is their system that does not allocate funds correctly. Our account is always in credit but they hold back on our deliveries because of their inaccurate system.

I am appealing to the management and directors to look into these matters.
We do not want to have to find an alternative courier company but we cannot continue getting no service / bad service from TheCourierGuy.
