I requested the courier guy in vredenburg to collect my parcel in Pretoria and ihave them times of going to the site but they went on their own times and they don't inform me about delays or problems they have in Pretoria branch. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for my parcel and it's not been collected and they don't inform me
