The courier guy - Useless courier employees

The courier guy called to let me know yhey cannot deliver my parcel as my area is high risk. I don't know why the online companies are still using THE INCOMPETENT COURIER GUY. as if I knew they were this useless. I would have canceled my order before processing. They don't even attempt to assist it's either you collect from their own spot or your order is not delivered. Companies should STOP using this company as it is the only courier company with such excuses. It's as if they are doing us a favor forgetting that we pay for these door to door deliveries.
