Good day - I'm furious
My scale sent got to my client in pieces!!!
Did you guys roll it down the N3? - This is totally and utterly unacceptable.
I requested the driver that collected the parcel to stick fragile stickers as well!
Who is going to be responsible for this damage to my scale. It is a sensitive instrument.
I can't believe how you treated this parcel. From the damage it is clear that it was severely mishandled. My client also reports that the delivery driver was very rude and arrogant! What is going on there.
