We are busy with police clearance certificates and were told that if we wanted quicker service we need to use Courier Guy - we paid for the service - one way delivery - documents are ready for collection - we booked collection on 17 May and they have not been collected. When I email I get a nonsensical email so I visited them here and they advised that there is such a HUGE backlog nationwide and that Courier Guy ONLY collect TWENTY on a Tuesday and then again on the Thursday!
40 per week / 160 per month I think is unacceptable. If there is a crisis, why not employ more staff to deal with the backlog - a service we have paid for because we required documentation QUICKER.

Courier Guy has always been my favourite service to use. It is a good brand for sure. They serve the public well and are cost effective. I have learnt that it is easier to pick up the phone and speak to someone - took 2 minutes to get information needed back and that all my documents were correct. Thanks to Ursula at head office.
